I am a frequent resale shop seller/buyer at a host of consignment shops.
This place was recommended by a girl I work with.
Although the staff here was friendly, it was absolutely insulting that I was offered $7 and some change for 3 upscale items that at full price were $250. The staff was also knowledgeable, and I'm sure they get tired of explaining why they are offering such a meager amount.
None of this is on them.
I might shop here, as I did browse and buy something while I was waiting for their "offer",
but I would continue to go elsewhere to consign my stuff.
The concept isn't altogether bad, considering you get cash right away.
The place could surely use some organizing.
As I looked around I noticed the prices were greatly inflated from what they possibly paid you for your things.

Same thing happened to me in Orland Park also. Same sales Jennifer, She never made eye contact with me. Felt kinda strange both times going in the store and coming back to get my items. A woman came in with a large amount of items and she got paid for every item she had with no rejection of items she took in. I'm guessing if your another race, I guess this store rep will give you less or reject your items altogether. I been to this store 3 times and the same outcome. Never going there again or spending at this location.

Visit this store, and Jennifer was ths sell person, now everything was new i had bout 7 item. And all they wanted to give me was only 22$ and the clothes was worth 200$ I paid for. So pretty much give the clothes for free why they make all that money off it.. if 80$ was offered yes I would have left them then I had other new things as well. when I call they said what they take. Then I get there and no it's not in season so we don't need the other stuff.say that over the phone instead of people bringing all there things. So I post my stuff on poshmark.. , I sold 4 items and each item went for 45$ guess things happen 4 A reason.. fix your workers they making your company look bad.. secret shopper..

My mom brought a bin of clothes to sell here a few months back, they gave her a paper to give back for pickup. When she came back, the bin mysteriously went missing. They claimed she picked it up already which she never did. When my mom asked for them to check the cameras they also mysteriously didn’t work. Another girl came out and claimed they didn’t remember what she brought it remembered it was in a grey bin. Nothing was ever done about this. So moral of the story, be aware, your stuff might go “missing” if you bring it here.

I took some expensive, in great shape, shoes here and they offered me less than $20 yet wanted to sell for 4 times the amount. Sell on offer up or marketplace, don’t bother with these people. And the worker was so unprofessional and unwelcoming. Her attitude made me not even wanna bring anything else here.

Same as others. Didn’t even look at anything and the one bin the lady did she thew it all in the bin. Didn’t even try to be nice about. I would never go back, selection in store wasn’t great either.

I came by and dropped a shopping bag off. The girl looked in the bag and Said to me "I can tell you right now just by looking that we will only take a couple of things. And it's going to be an hour wait" I had a whole BAG full of designer things and she didn't even bother looking at Anything!!!!! The attitude and demeanor was so unprofessional!! If I would have known this I wouldn't have even bothered to make the trip and waste my time!!!!!

I think they are very prejudice i had 2 bags of clothes 1 bags of shoes all gently wore or never wore 5 Micheal kors coat 2 of which i had never wore so they literally called me in 10 mins after i left im saying no way they went through all those things and they were neatly packed i did that because appearance is everything especially if selling it, but I asked her your done that was fast she said yes we only needed 1 item and we can give you $2.70 for it.. that was a $120 dress from Akira in which I only wore 1 time for my birthday party i told her no I'll take it... i said and none of these coats she said it was dirt on the collar now my flag goes up HOLD ON NONE OF MY THINGS I BROUGHT IN WAS DIRTY OR HAD SPOTS so I pull them out and said where she pointed to a spot on the flap that she had to get look over the coat 3 Times to show me and when she showed me I wiped it off she said yea their funny about spots...I when and got a sweater off the rack that I was looking at and took it to her and said that's a spot I'm saying to myself it's was so many clothes and shoes that look like they were in the alley it wasn't funny. so it was a young girl and her mother in the store I said instead of throwing these coats away would your daughter like them if it's ok with you she said sure how much do you want these are nice ( IM STILL INSIDE THE STORE) I said no please you can have them she said let me give you at least $50 I said no it's ok I know what my clothes are valued at ...this just proved my point they are prejudice
