Wife has been shopping here for Years!!!

Love the store, only issue is NO restroom.

So go the restroom before coming to the store! 🙂 I must take off 1 point because of that.

I went to this location this morning to drop off some clothes. I was told that they have a new policy - no more clothes in trash bags. Okay, no problem. Not sure how they expect people to know that. Then I was told that it would be a few hours before they could look at it. It was about two hours later when I got a text, and so I called and I asked how much I was looking at receiving, and the associate said it was "store policy is not to discuss offers over the phone".

Something struck me about this - like they have created a perfect situation for people to just abandon their clothes - long wait times to come back.

The choice was mine - I decided not to even go back for what was likely not enough money to cover the gas.

I'd try Uptown Cheapskate before I'd go here if you're looking to sell clothes.

I brought in a bunch of items in August
and was told "we would love to buy a bunch of this but we would need you to bring it back towards the end of next month" so I did. They tell me it will be at least 30 minutes. I dropped it off at 2:11 and at 2:20, they text me saying it's ready (9 minutes) it was a HUGE bin, I don't see how they could have even evaluated all of my items in such a short amount of time! I show up and they tell me they can't buy any of it, plus they just shoved all my items back into the bin super messy. The lid wouldn't even close. When I dropped it off everything was nicely folded and there was room to spare. I asked if she could at least put my items back in the bin nicely so it would close and I could carry it out, she said no sorry I can't and walked away from the counter. Absolutely horrible, rude, disrespectful. Don't waste your time here!!! The owner should be ashamed.

I wish I could give this location negative 100 stars.

I brought new clothes... they told me it would be 1 hour. Came back in 3 hours. Items were not ready. I waited and with 2 baskets of clothing purchased with 0 to 2 years. They didn't purchase even 1 item.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
