Christine is extremely knowledgeable across a variety of health concerns and disciplines. She understands not only nutrition, but how different hormones within your body have negative effects on you when out of whack. She understands being a busy mom and wanting to meet your goals while still having time for family and to enjoy life! As someone who works out and eats well, it was so frustrating tk not be able to lose the weight for the first time ever and Christine got me back on track + was always available for questions and additional sessions. Our goal is to move out of a diet phase and to maximize my calories moving forward.

Christine is very hardworking and willing to take time out of her busy life to help me on a new journey.
