My wife went here for therapy for 6 months. Kim Adams was seeing her. Kim cancelled half of her appointments on the day of (or she just didn't show up/call) due to the following: Migraine, strep throat, headache, Bluetooth issues, puppy with pneumonia. My wife said she spent half of every lesson listening to Kim chug a large soda and yawn. Kim agreed (or enabled) everything my wife had said.
There was also an issue the office had with billing insurance, we weren't told this until 2 months later with sessions adding up out of pocket costs ($200 a session). Apparently the front desk person was unacceptably rude to a person seeking therapy. Sad to see Christian therapists failing so badly.

I went to see a therapist for years off and on. They refused to talk to me or work with me even though I let them know about paying my balance and my plan to do so. I called desperately needing to see my therapist. The receptionist was cold and uncaring. She went back to talk to my therapist and I was refused to be seen even though I told the receptionist that I guess I’ll go to the ER if it gets worse. My OOP max had been met, so my appointments are covered the remainder of the year. I wanted to pay in installments (the copay) because I can’t set up another auto-debit since we have been hit hard with health issues I have. I did have a balance, but I had a plan to pay it off. Guess what? Now they owe ME money.

I left a message for the office manager and received nothing in response.

My therapist on several occasions texted me cancelling appointments because of needing to be home with her child, but if it is during a school break, that should have been resolved much sooner / no one should have been scheduled that day.

This practice is, through my perspective, taking on a corporate rather than caring approach for helping patients. I’m very disappointed because at one point, this was a wonderful practice and I felt like my therapist was invested in my care.

I leave this review because I doubt it matters to them - as long as they’re making the money, they don’t care.

If i could leave a negative 20 star review i would. It is astonishing the level, scale and scope of incompetence that I witnessed at this facility. My ex wife and daughter were court ordered to have counseling done by a member of your staff. The counseling sessions were every 2 weeks at $180 at a time. The psychologist that was seeing my daughter and her mother was the most incompetent of all. My daughter suffered for 2 years in those appointments. You sided with my ex wife and you tried to get her into a youth camp or a youth facility with out my consent. Which can be harmful and dangerous. My daughter has severe mental and physical health issues and you did nothing to help her. My daughter has been removed from her Mother's care and currently lives with me safe and sound. It is unfortunate that I could not rely on you to do your job. Lesson learned.

I just wanted to say Beth Vanne is GREAT! But the receptionist is NOT! I had to cancel two weeks in a row because of having to have emergency surgery and the staff was everything but understanding. I received a voicemail stating if I wanted to continue services I needed to return her call as soon as possible with the most negative attitude. Things come up. You need to be prepared to deal with people well if you decide to work with the public. Because of this, I unfortunately would not recommend.

The office staff are unreliable and incompetent. Never called me back to schedule an appointment after verifying insurance. I called twice. Reached out to my therapist and she told me I would need to call back again. I'm sorry but no. They need to do their job.

I was referred here at 16 around a year ago by my previous primary psychiatrist to get evaluated for adhd. Within the first appointment, Jennifer Morrison took it upon herself to outwardly debate with me about my entire mental health record because she disagreed with my diagnosis. She tried to tell me i was bipolar despite have just met me and overall behaved completely unprofessionally the entire appointment. I decided not to continue with the evaluation or any other after she dismissed every single one of my concerns and crushed any belief that my struggles could be adhd despite my brother being diagnosed. A year later, after being to the psychiatric unit for suicide attempts twice and partial once, i was diagnosed with adhd and given meds that have so greatly improved my life that i don’t feel like the same person. I truly believe that if i had gone somewhere else, i would not have 10 grand in hospital bills. Don’t let this place and its under-educated, arrogant, and unprofessional staff stop you from seeking help.

I would not recommend Luke for family counseling. He did nothing but harm to our family. My adult daughter is estranged from her entire family. We are not allowed to see our grandchildren. He didn't have a close relationship with his grandparents and his children don't have one with their grandparents. So I won't go to him if you are having this problem.

Nothing Christian about the place. If you do not give a 24 notice that you will not be able to attend your meeting you are booted out. Some people have medical aliments that may prevent them from able to drive on that very day.
