Extremely pushy and disorganized. Deceptive and fraudulent (read till the end). I was originally scheduled to see Gruby and out of a dozen plus times I came in, I only saw him once (not even for treatment). The only time I saw him all he did was try and pressure me to buy orthotics (which I declined). But he pressured into making a mold just in case I ever changed my mind (which I didn’t). I had been coming here twice a week for almost two months and was actually feeling worse.

Too bad my previous therapist (Naprapath) retired. I would only see my previous therapist once a month, and I was better. Yet here I got worse, coming in twice a week.

Receptionists were both contradicting each other to top it off. A very disappointing experience overall.

Clown Gruby is mad I gave him a bad review so he charged me $900 for orthotics I NEVER approved. During one of the early visits, he convinced me to make a mold of my feet (after pressuring me) in case I ever decided I wanted orthotics. I clearly told him I was not interested every time I went in since he kept pressuring him (shady salesman like other reviews mentioned). Now that I left their deceptive and fraudulent practice a few weeks ago, I got a $900 bill for orthotics I clearly denied. The clown will need to remove the fraudulent charge, or I will have to get my lawyer involved. What he’s doing is completely unethical and fraudulent. I am reporting his fraudulent practices to the insurance as well. Beyond disappointed and disgusted by chiromend.

Luckily I Found a more efficient therapist that is closer to home and already feeling better going once a week.

I cannot say enough about ChiroMend. In excrutiating 10/10 pain, they got me in same day. Dr Aguilar, Dr Gonzalez, Dr John-all excellent, highly-skilled, professional chiropractors. Each appointment includes Therapeutic Massage:Taylor, Martin, Scott, Peter -this is where all of the greatest massage therapists work. Do yourself a favor, make an appointment here.

I have to be honest, my first few visits to Chiromend was indifferent…until about a month later when I saw Dr. Gonzalez ( I call him Dr. G) and Martin Page who is the physical therapist. I am so glad I stuck around and met the two extremely caring medical professionals who are pretty much responsible for me being close to pain free. I had horrible postures, my neck and shoulders were giving me headaches and some lower back pains.

I truly believe by continuously working with Dr. G and Martin Page, my overall health and mood have improved significantly . They made sure that I did my prescribed home exercises and advised me in a friendly way to not ignore the home exercises now that I am feeling much better.

My road to recovery was made possible because Dr.G and Martin really care about my well being. They didn’t try to sell me any b.s. vitamins or unnecessary services for the sake of profits or billing. Their goal was to help address my pain!

Dr.G and Martin would often meet with me together to talk about my progress and would change up my home exercises if necessary.

I’m sure there are other good ones in the office also, but my trust is with these two gentlemen.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Peter Hong also- another good one!!!

I don’t usually post, and most places sell you other nonsense services, but “my team” has helped me tremendously and I give them all the credit!!
