Honestly wish I could give this office a zero stars, but atlas google doesn’t let you do that.

I’ve been going to this office for over 4 years and I definitely should have left sooner.
I was misdiagnosed with a very rare and serious mental disorder by Dr. Jerry Morris.
I was told by counselor Chuck that I should hide my mental illness because “people will judge me.”
I tried seeing counselor Kate and she sat on her phone during our whole session.
I saw Bethany Fast for my meds for 4 years and she was the worst one of them all. Was always 20-30 mins late for our appointment, never listened to any of my concerns, and just kept raising my dose when I said it wasn’t working. The final straw was when I was forced by the receptionist to change my appointment time for the day, then Bethany was 20 mins late to sign on for the Telehealth, and she never even turned her screen or microphone on! Her trainee conducted the whole meeting. I was done.
Bethany’s nurse, Erica, is also just straight rude. Constantly yells at you and never listens.
This whole office needs to shut down. Not only are they misdiagnosing, but they are causing more harm with mental health than good. I’ve strongly considered reporting them!

They dont keep communication and instead constantly blame the parent/patient. I've been saying when we see the psychiatrist (meds) that the medicine doesnt work and instead they up it four times in a row. They dont answer emails and get rude when you mention the proof you have been collecting after the gas lighting. Believe the patient is always right? Well they do NOT! They gas light you. Also not to mention I was on my appointment video call for 30-40 minutes and they didnt answer. Put us as no show out of laziness to find iut what the issue was. DIDNT EVEN ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT WE HAVE PROOF BY SCREEN RECORDING FINALLY AFTER THE MANY STRUGGLES. My sons meds arent called in when asked FOR TWO WEEKS IN EMAILS. I mean lord this is the WORST place to go if you want organization, communication, and empathy. They have no compassion but when i was 15 minutes late because of a technical issue on their choice of app they want to make me pay $65 to return? Not all places listen and this place has proved it. If you have kids i wouldnt send them here because they need to learn their voice and mental health matters.This place will not and doesnt listen at all. The place should help not cause you to struggle on mental health at school let alone anywhere!!!!! There are so many issues with this place its ridiculous but call and report. Save proof and they will let your kid struggle and say it was miscommunication and that you have to wait for the next appointment available. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! And as a person thats NEVER had an issue personally woth a mental health company they are a mess. They should be reevaluated for their company license or at least their license per person. Smh.

I am a former patient of theirs. Like an earlier review, Dr. Morris is rude and condescending. After the initial testing, I was told everything that was wrong with me and that he could treat me if I was willing. Many months later, I managed to get a copy of it (for $27, of course) and it had some glaring mistakes. One concerned my legal problems (of which there are none). I asked Kate (the counselor that I talked to for about a year and who I really liked) about it. She finally told me she thought Dr. Morris had gotten his patients mixed up. It took so long to get that copy of it that I think that it was done after the fact. I notice that Kate is not listed anymore on the staff. That's too bad because she was really good to talk to.

Too many things to list.
From incorrect paperwork being handed out to wrong appointments being set (even after confirming the type of appointment you need)
Asked to have a supervisor/Manager call and it's been almost 3 days now, still with no call. Had another Licensed Psychologist do a Psychological Evaluation not even Two weeks before this hot mess, and they had the nerve to tell me that "Their (as in this other Dr we went too) evaluation wasn't a true evaluation". I understand competition between businesses gets hot, but to completely undermine and discredit another Licensed Doctor... speechless.

Definitely a place that does not care about their patients. They cancel your appointments last minute all the time and then if you call them to cancel you get a no show fee. Charge you full price for 15min sessions. Their name changed to something else which does not surprise me. 100% would not recommend if you want to get your kids help or even yourself

Ive been going here unfortunately for 3years. Every month i have to remind them to fill my scripts. Even the pharmacy is unable to get through to these people. Its now been over a week and they refuse to fill my script. Dif dont waste your time with these people. They dont care about your mental health. They just want your money.

So incredibly disappointed in our experience there. My son and i did all of the 2 days of testing and evaluations in order to see a counselor. His testing revealed some learning disabilities that I was never aware of that affected his school work. I was told that we could start talking to the counselor and would be advised on the other. A month after we were still seeing them once a week and I inquired about my son's results and was told they weren't ready yet. Later that week we had a family emergency and I called to cancel our appt for the next day but left a message because they had just closed. The next morning our counselor called to let me know that I would have to pay 100 a piece out of pocket because we hadnt given proper notice. We decided to try to find someone else and now a month later at the schools request I'm still trying to find out if and what these learning disabilities are, but it seems the paperwork still has never been done😑

My daughter has been diagnosed and being treated by therapist Kate. My daughter has dealt with alot of social issues. I've noticed a change in my daughter with just a few therapy sessions with Kate. My daughter always gets excited to go now. The doctor takes the time to get to know you and your child as well as the history of the family. I recommend to everyone
