Edit: I've been going to this place for awhile now and the ladies at the front desk have definitely gotten a lot kinder and I've had zero canceled appointments in well over a year. Just wanted to update my review.

The dentists and dental assistants are fantastic (especially the newest dentist. She's incredible.) but the front desk ladies are just mean. They are so unbelievably rude even when they are the ones that make a mistake. They treat you like you're inconveniencing them when you're just trying to see a dentist/take your child to the dentist. Good luck keeping an appointment as well because they seem to double book an awful lot or book appointments on days where "they won't have a doctor". I'm sure there's one or two that are great people but the couple I've spoke with, not so much. I'm sure it's a very stressful job but the doesn't mean that you should take it out on patients.

What's told they would work with us on my daughter getting to see a counselor. Told us even if we were 10 minutes late they would work with us. Showed up 3 minutes late and was told that they would not see my daughter. This place keeps going downhill.

Never answer phones. Quick to cancel your appointments. Make appointments and then when you get there find our you don't have one. Dentist are great. Office staff seem clueless

I am a single mother of 3 kids, with very little support from other. I finally got someone to watch 1 of my kids so I can take the other 2 to the dentist. I arrived early to appointment time only to be told I could not keep the appointment because I did not confirm the appointment because they had the wrong phone number for me. No care of their patient's health, complete lack of care. I cancelled all appointments and will go else where.

I'm only giving it 1 star because I have to. Tried to see the dentist there and I have dentophobia. First appointment did not go well. Dentist TOLD me to take anti-anxiety medication for the following appointment. I did as told. Then she refused to do the procedure because I had driven myself. She claims she said I needed someone to drive me. She did not, in fact, say that. And if it was so important it's called an instruction sheet - print it. I've cancelled all future appointments and demanded a refund. Go somewhere else if you want competence.

I went to their dental facility.
Got an xray of my tooth with the expectation of getting it pulled due to all the pain it was causing.
Doctor said the nerve was exposed 100% and that's what was causing all the throbbing and pain.
Figured I'd go back in a couple days and get in to get it extricated.
They made an appointment for 6 weeks later.
I said that's just insane.
Nobody can sit that long with tooth pain and shouldn't be expected to.
No care no compassion nothing!!!
A caring doctor would not let anyone sit that long with tooth pain.
So I'm calling other places looking for better options.

If I could give 0 I would!! Tools were rusty for starters. Was not thorough and did not even use tools to check for cavities, and then i waited 6 months for a cleaning appointment and they canceled it when they called to confirm from an unknown number even though I returned the call to confirm more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment . What a freaking joke this place is!

Most staff is great. Tiffany Angelo is in charge and obviously chooses favorites. She makes rules as she goes and will deney your healthcare. I was refused today because I couldn't pay in full. I had been making payments for months now, all of a sudden today I can't and have severe medical issues. Wow way to be there for the community.
