The lady that’s working March 21,2025. Very rude asking questions that don’t concern Amtrak. Doesn’t matter who drop me at the station and shouldn’t matter how long I’m going to be here. Neither bathrooms are working ask when the train is coming and she can’t help place nasty. She is no help at all then decide she wants to clean when I get here. However it’s 35 degrees outside but the ac is full blasting I will never return to this Amtrak

The representative that's been here from 9:30 PM to the current time which is 12:57 PM. Needs to be relieved of her duty, her arrogance and attitude towards the customers are completely unacceptable and she needs to be held accountable for her actions and the way she chooses to speak with each person.

Even the guy who was confused about why he wasn't allowed to bring in a tote, started listing reasons why his tote was approved because of its diameters and dimensions but not once listed an actual reason why totes aren't specifically allowed for liability and safety instead of searching and weighting any of his items, she continued to question his about his personal belongings inside his luggage and every other thing he listed off she would interrupt him and tell him that his items were not allowed.

I need of a restroom as I’m traveling on a bus. But the restroom is supposed to open 30 minutes prior to the bus arriving and my bus leaves a 9:50 am and it’s 9:30 am. No one at desk to open doors.

People here are so kind and wonderful! We loved staying here for the eclipse. I am coming back when we have more time to explore the restaurants! Cristaudo's was delicious for brunch, Wazo's Big Chill was yummy for dessert and Sal's Bistro for veggies and vegan options!

I called in using the automated system and was transferred to the rudest, and what seemed to be young man (as I can not be certain of his actual age.) His tone was just very unwelcoming as if he was lying in bed taking the call or didn’t want to be at work today.) He was not clear with his name however i believe I heard him say it was Shaquille!?(spell check) I explained to him in the beginning of the call how important this trip is to my family as it’s been 10 years since our last family trip (his approach was “blah blah” how many passengers with the most draining energy just NOT someone who should be in customer service, or sales of any kind!) his energy was so draining of what was, for me, a bright and exciting moment that I CHOSE to let him know that I would rather call in and wait another 45mins just to speak with someone with a better attitude! I am on hold now as I type this review, waiting for a new sales agent to pick up! Fingers crossed for someone who wanted to come to work today and not a salty sour salesman like what I got today!

This is a great station. To be clear, it is a smaller station. As a result, it will not contain a huge food court or some show. What you will have here is convenience and professionalism. The staff are great and helpful. The facility is clean and the parking is beyond easy to handle. All in all, a great place from which to set forth on your next rail journey.

Not big on the closing at 4:30pm thing but for the most part this is actually a safe and clean stop.Not to mention the staff who work here are both friendly and helpful👌

I would give them no stars if I could. They are always late, usually like an hour. They also don't enforce any of their rules. They just let people play they're music super loud the whole trip and take up tons of room. I will switch back to driving because it's not like the train is any faster or any cheaper.
