I would like to express my gratitude to Carlise Charlot “Coach C”, owner of Breakthroughs Life Coaching & Mentoring, for working with my teen daughter this Summer.

She needed support in areas of personal growth and self esteem, so we decided to enroll her in Coach C’s mentoring program to see if she could offer another sound voice and take a different approach other than our own.

Coach C took the time to develop a relationship with our daughter in order to provide PROFESSIONAL leadership. It’s challenging to trust people with your children these days, but Coach C was transparent and trustworthy during every step of the process.
