The entire team at Bradd & Hall are great at what they do. Stephanie was a standout for the way she helped us understand the quality of their products without a high-pressure sales job. She met a need we had for new captain chairs which were so amazingly comfortable, we turned around and also bought a theater seating couch and a dining credenza, all of which were installed in time for a six month road trip. We can’t wait! It made a world of difference in our motorhome!

We used Bradd and Hall for a complete furniture replacement in our 2017 Thor Hurricane. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable throughout the buying process. Stephanie guided us through numerous decisions and obstacles in replacing all of the furniture. The estimates on completion were right on target.
The most amazing part of this project took place when we arrived at Bradd and Hall for the install. They have power pedestals for hook up overnight. They had our furniture ready for an 8:00 am start and the process of the install was efficient and professional. They communicated with us throughout the day regarding questions and options that improved the final outcome. The furniture in beyond expectations. The quality, feel and comfort of all pieces was superb. We especially love the custom cherry tabletops that Bradd and Hall manufacture in house. Their captains chairs are fantastic as well. We used Lambright for media chairs and Villa for dinette booth. Bradd and Hall created a custom cabinet to cover utilities that are routed through the slide under the original sofa.
Our experience with the entire project exceeded all of our expectations. This company provides high quality products, excellent customer service and expert guidance throughout the process. We highly recommend!

Update:

Received the cabinet which was custom made by Bradd and Hall to cover the utilities that come up through the slide. The cabinet is beautifully finished to match the existing cabinets. The workmanship is superb and the cabinet looks much better than the original woodwork. Again, highly recommend Bradd and Hall for your custom furniture and cabinet upgrades.

Update 4/2024. Another visit to Bradd and Hall to have roller shades installed in cab side windows, replacing the worn and dated curtains. Also installed a shorter pedestal on driver's captain chair. The work was again professional and efficient. I am continuing to be impressed by the company's service and quality. Our furniture install from 10/22 continues to exceed expectations with its comfort and quality. All around 5 star organization! Thank you Stephanie and Jessie for your excellent ongoing service!

Update:

Just spent three months snowbirding and can say that we are completely happy with our purchase. Our theater seat/recliners are comfy and beautiful. I worried that they may not clean up easily, but they do with a quick wipe from a wet cloth. Again, we love them and we enjoyed working with Jaison who made the process very easy. We got a lot of compliments from friends and recommended Bradd & Hall to those needing to replace their furniture.

Jaison was incredibly helpful with our order of a theater seat for our motor home. I requested two samples; they were in the mail within minutes of my email to him. When they were delivered to the wrong address, he took the initiative to send me another package, this time with at least a dozen samples to make my decision even easier. Can’t say enough good about the interaction with Bradd and Hall thus far. If you’re in a hurry, like we are, Jaison is your go-to to get the ball rolling. Thank you so much, Jaison!

Overall outstanding sales and service experience. As with many owners of newer RV who were shocked by the terrible peeling upholstery problems plaguing the industry, I had been frustrated finding a local provider in the Atlanta area willing to take on a big job like mine. After learning about Ultraleather by Ultrafabrics, I contacted Jaison at Bradd and Hall to replace every upholstered piece of furniture with high-quality Lambright and Bradd and Hall products.
I ordered a new jackknife sofa, theater seats and captain's chairs, along with reupholstering my existing dinette. I shipped my disassembled dinette a month ahead of my installation appointment.
When I arrived, Jesse and Caleb went straight to work removing my putrid original furniture and replacing it with the new pieces. These two young men, after installing my pieces, re-installed the valences I needed to remove to disassemble my dinette.
The job was completed in one day at their facility in Elkart, IN, and I was on my way.
This whole sales and installation event was executed like a Swiss watch, the timing of ordering/delivery and reupholstering was perfect. The installation was outstanding and professional.
Shout out to Jaison for putting it together and Jesse and Caleb for their skill and attention to detail.
I am thrilled with my "like-new" again 2020 Thor Aria 3901.
Be advised that this is an expensive alternative to solving the furniture problem. I presume it could be accomplished using lesser quality fabrics that would still provide many years of service. My recommendation, however, is to throw the cheap seat covers over your disintegrating furniture until you can invest in Ultraleather as mentioned in the Thor and other forums for the many RV brands with this problem.

Just recently selected Bradd and Hall to replace my RV furniture. I looked at a few different options, but ultimately decided that Bradd and Hall quality and design were superior, without adding a lot of weight that comes from using residential furniture. The showroom is well laid out, lighting is good, and they offer many, many options for upholstery fabric and furniture stains. Jaison was very knowledgeable, could easily answer all of my questions, and was patient as I measured, studied, measured again, left with samples, came back, measured some more, adjusted my order. This business is tops in customer service. I have ordered my furniture. I'll update this review when the furniture is installed (also by them).

We ordered our theater chairs in January 2021 and decided to drive to Elkhart to have them installed. The trip was well worth it. The entire process was pleasant. From samples, to multiple patient phone conversations with Stephanie, to finally arriving in June for the install. The installation crew had us out within one hour and we are thrilled with our purchase! It is a fine piece of furniture that will last the life of our coach.

The folks at Brad and Hall were Excellent. They showed us various pieces and worked with us to match our RV's customization. The whole experience was a good one. I'd highly recommend them!
