Highly recommend BodyByKhoshal if you are looking to build strength, getting to your goal weight, and overall being in an open and welcoming environment. I was able to get close to my goal weight in the first couple of months of starting training. Khoshal does a wonderful job tending to his clients and making sure they are satisfied with their results.

Khoshal always puts his clients before himself and wants all of his clients to feel comfortable in every way. I have looked my best physically because of Khoshal. I have worked with Khoshal for a month so far. Khoshal is awesome! I have lost 11lbs in 30 days with my training sessions and following my meal plan. Khoshal encourages trainees to go hard & ensures trainees are following an appropriate meal plan for desired weight and body goals. My workouts with Khoshal are always good. They are high intensity and work full body. Khoshal’s gym environment is VERY welcoming and the gym is fully equipped with the appropriate workout machines. I now feel very motivated and have learned from Khoshal the appropriate work outs that suit me best so now when I gym alone, I know exactly what to do. I will book with Khoshal again to continue my weight loss journey!

I found Khoshal when I was looking to lose weight for my wedding. Khoshal set a goal for me and I didn’t believe that I could get down that much weight in 3 months. I cam in every session ready, motivated and feeling great! Khoshal helped me stay motivated and helped answer every question I had. Even outside the gym he would answer every question I had and made sure I wasn’t lost in this process. Not only is Khoshal great but every trainer and the gym itself is fantastic! As a girl it can sometimes be intimidating to join a new gym, but immediately I was welcomed with open arms. Staff is extremely friendly and would help me if Khoshal wasn’t available. I was able to lose the weight that he projected and have been able to keep it off. I would recommend Khoshal to any one that is looking to lose weight!

I have been coming to work out at Body by Khoshal for a little under a year, and I have truly seen a difference. I thought what I was doing on my own was enough, but after working with Khoshal I realized what I was doing on my own wasn’t nearly as effective as what Khoshal has set up for me. I also feel comfortable at the gym, I can try new things without feeling self conscious. I highly recommend training with Khoshal, not only has it been a great place for working out but I’ve also met a lot of new people.

I trained with Khoshal on and off for about 2 years. I was extremely happy with my results which included weight loss and increased strength. I felt better and stronger in my late thirties than I ever have. Khoshal is deeply invested in the progress of his clients. When I would get frustrated, he had the knowledge to tweek my meal plans and workouts to increase my results. This combination of knowledge and dedication to the clients is very rare. I know this because I have worked with several trainers before. I have never gotten better results than when I trained with Team BBK. Not to mention that he allowed me to bring my 2 yr old son to the gym when I had no other options, just so I wouldn’t miss my workouts. The Body by Khoshal gym became like a family for us. I would highly recommend Body by Khoshal to anyone that is serious and looking for results! 💪
