Benchmark has been wonderful to me and my family. They have very professional and knowledgeable providers that strive to provide the best possible care. They are very down to earth, easy to work with and really provide our family with a very high level of healthcare. Nathan, in particular, has been a wonderful provider. He is so easy to talk to and over the years has become one of the family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Benchmark to anyone searching for psychiatric services.

I was hesitant to seek help anywhere. Being a middle aged man it’s tough sometimes to admit that, first you need help. And even tougher to take the step to get it. I was fortunate that this was my first attempt. Benchmark was referred to me by several friends, and thank goodness they were. The whole experience has been exactly what I hoped for. I can’t say enough about the kindness I have received, and continue to receive. All the apprehension I had going into it was quickly dispelled. Everything has been handled with the upmost amount of care and understanding. Grade A people and company.

I can’t say enough great things about Nathan or his team. I have referred Benchmark numerous times. Seeing a specialist for ADHD like Nathan or any of his clinicians, is much more beneficial than a general care practitioner that isn’t specialized in behavioral health. We tried many different paths before coming across Bechmark and none were able to address my family’s needs. Highly recommend.

When I had to change an appt the office staff, not the doctor, was rude and unprofessional. When I rescheduled to a time that didn’t work for us to avoid a $50 charge the doctor called to try and make it right. I stated I may have to look elsewhere because the staff was rude. Mind you I kept the inconvenient appt to play by their rules and policies. They chose to kick my daughter out of the practice because I said I may have to. Record your conversations with this place because they’ll put words in your mouth. They claim I stated I was taking her elsewhere. Then told my daughter that she wasn’t making an appt because mom said she can’t go there anymore. This all really helps with her anxiety. NOT!

Good luck finding an in-person appointment as a majority of their staff does not make time for in-person appointments (Great place to work). For some reason their staff still abides by COVID protocols and work from home. Betterhelp would be a better option that this firm.
