I love the entire Athletico/Pivot group and am so very thankful for each and every one of the staff there.

I’ve been going for 2.5 years due to a work injury and they have helped me tremendously. Honestly, the pain prior to my back surgery was unbearable so they provided therapy which made me comfortable. After surgery I was able to feel 95% better and because of their treatment plan I was able to walk pretty decently again.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly and I feel like I’m visiting friends at every visit. I primarily work with Karli, who has the best sense of humor but also love working with Mike, Phil, Callie, Destinee, Emma, Jake and the wonderful receptionists that get your appointments and paperwork straight.

I’ve been to a few other facilities for PT and they were just OK but I highly recommend Athletico for your PT needs. You won’t go wrong!

I chose to go to athletico for my second knee replacement physical therapy because i felt they listened to me and were all in on getting me to where i need to be. They listened and worked on getting me up and moving and to be ready to walk right and back to normal. I was very pleased with everyone who worked there Jessica, Bridget, Hailey were all so professional and made me feel very welcomed. I had several interns who were amazing too. Rebecca at the front desk was wonderful too accommodating to my schedule and finding the right days and times. I highly recommend this place. I am bending my knee with ease and no pain.

Update: about two months in with 75% mobility and nearly half HALF! the pain!
This clinic works.
Siu outpatient will chafe you 100$ copay and 5-7 hundred billing.
Athletico is not only effective it's affordable (125$) no insurance.
Measurable results and cheaper than the competition.
These are the ones.
All the staff are experts in their field and that includes the pa and reseception.

If I could give six stars I would.

I had reached the point of assuming shut-in was the road ahead for me. I couldn't even walk without major pain. Then I found Athletico Physical Therapy! The therapists are very professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A combination of their hands-on therapeutic manipulation and targeted exercises allowed me to peel away the layers of pain. I worked mostly with Jessica and Bridget, and they did an excellent job interpreting where my pain originated while they "fixed" me. All the therapists and staff are very helpful and accommodating. It amazes me how Rebeccah manages to juggle all the schedules. I am very grateful to everyone at Athletico and comforted knowing they are close in case the need should arise. If you need physical therapy this is the best place to go.

UPDATE: I injured my shoulder and went back for more PT. I worked with Isaac, Bridget, and Jessica. Each are miracle workers in their own right. Keeping up with the exercise is another key. I'll be 70 in a couple months yet, thanks to Athletico, I was able to do a zipline tour of the Southern Illinois autumn canopy yesterday. It was wonderful! Life is good. Thank you, Athletico team.

This is an excellent place for physical therapy. I've tried a few other PT locations in Carbondale, but I prefer this one. It's not that the other places were bad. The therapists and staff here are very friendly. I've worked with Jessica, Issiac, and Bridget, and they were all fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

I love coming here. Everyone that works here is AWESOME!!!!! They have been so nice to me and understand me. They make sure I have no pain while I’m doing my exercises. I feel so much relief every time I come here and I have been late to my appointment and they still took the time to see me. Everyone is so sweet and nice. From the moment I walking till the moment I leave. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me feel less pain. This is the first time I have ever been to a therapist and I love it. I have utilized services from the Carbondale Athletico Office for different issues. Each time I was evaluated in order for the providers to establish what course of action would put me on the right path for recovery. Each therapist, assistant and staff member I have worked with have all been professional, but also personable, and most importantly positive. It was a physical therapist with a very negative attitude at a different facility that lead me to Jessica Kelley and her staff and the difference was night and day. I always know when I come into the Carbondale Athletico Physical Therapy office, it is going end in a good outcome and that I will be feel better. The staff is awesome and works together as a well oiled team. I regularly recommend Carbondale Athletico to friends and family, and have let my health care team know that Carbondale Athletico Physical Therapy is the best in the area.
