I had the most horrible experience here. I used to live in the area and desperately needed help in regards to depression and suicidal ideation after being assaulted. During intake the recommended me to go to a inpatient hospital with a waitlist, but I decided I wanted therapy. I told them I was willing to try medication, but wasn't completely sure as I tried it in the past and didn't like it. I then talked to the psychiatrist before scheduling therapy, who then proceeded to schedule me two different anti depressants at the same time. I never took them and started therapy. Things were kinda ok, until I talk to the nurse practitioner Ewa. I told her what I was experiencing and recommended me to go to Saint Anthony Hospital. I went there (in a uber I paid for) and automatically was told I was hearing voices which was never the case. I was in that hospitals er for 6 hours, never saw a doctor and when I went up to psych and saw her I told her I wanted to leave, due to hospital staff having me sit in a room for 3 hours after being sent to psych. She refused to let me leave saying I was hearing voices and I was a danger. I never in my life heard voices, nor was diagnosed with anything that could cause that. She said she didn't feel like it was safe for me to leave the hospital and that I couldn't have anyone come get me, and that the only option I had was to be transferred to a different hospital under her supervision. I ended calling my dad to attempt to come get me, and after arguing with hospital staff, and the people in psych committing insurance fraud by saying I was given medicine I never received, I was released by a different nurse. I told the manager of Associates what happened, and the only thing they could arrange for her to not be in the building while I was there and the whole situation ended up making my mental health worse. I then eventually had to stop seeing my therapist because she told me we could not fully talk about things in my life that were upsetting me because I was not medicated, all the while I'm getting upcharged for every visit while my insurance was supposed to cover everything. After I left, I asked for my records to try to set up a lawsuit, but that claimed I could not get my records because of an outstanding balance. Ewa still currently works there and ultimately needs to be fired for the trauma she inflicted on me. I am still traumatized and have not received and type of apology or anything from that incident. I would not recommend this place at all as their goal is to dumb you down with medication and take your money. I am now in a class action lawsuit because of Ewa and Saint Anthony because of a data breech. Go anywhere else except here.

Let me start by saying this
For approximately 3 years I was happy with the care and compassion I received from my counselor and therapist. Recommending friends and family.
Problem one
My insurance changed, Alfa refused to speak with my insurance to solve the issue and that was the end of my therapy there. (2022)
Problem two
My husband is currently a client and I have permission to speak on his behalf. About a year ago I began getting charges on my bank statements. I tried to speak with Alfa about this matter after poor communication with reception and she wasn’t in the office until tomorrow.I called Alfa the next day and was put on hold multiple times until reception told me my debit card would no longer be charged for my husband‘s account and I was not allowed to speak on my husband’s behalf.
Problem three,
My bank alerted me of a charge from the office. I called to complain and fix the situation AGAIN, asking for Alfa AGAIN. As usual, she won’t be in until tomorrow. Her receptionist was horrible and I reflected the same energy back to her.
I called back “tomorrow “ and Alfa was not available (shocker) but the receptionist seem to know every bit of information, my phone number and who I was when I was calling. I was put on hold over five times waiting to find out when I was going to be reimbursed. The receptionist came on and said that I will be reimbursed within 5 to 7 business days.
But did you take my card information off his account or will I again be charged?

It’s crazy how they can steal somebody’s money but can’t replace it the same day.

Overall, if Alfa and her office staff weren’t there, they would have received five stars.

Wow I'm shocked that anybody gave a bad review here because these people literally saved my life! I was very depressed during the holidays and felt like I didn't want to be here anymore. I started calling around for help on Christmas day and a doctor from there returned may call in a few minutes! A doctor - on Christmas day!!! They got me into their office to see a therapist the next morning and a psychiatrist that same afternoon. I left there with prescription for medicine, a therapist to start seeing and a feeling like things could start being OK. They were very caring and they made me feel welcome. The place was very comfortable too. Sort of a zen environment with candles and incense. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Who gets medical appointments of any kind in under 24 hours? The medical field isn't usually that responsive.

Me and my wife came here to deal with her anxiety and stress

They gave her 8+ medications over 2 months and then told her to go to the hospital and then stopped giving her therapy now she is suicidal thanks to you guys the meds messed her up and they stopped responding to me and her for the past 3 weeks we show up and the therapist is not there so we have to go home but if we don’t show up we get charged money like what i sent 2 voice massages and never got a response. Good luck for you guys i just don’t think it’s the right business for you caring about people

The therapists truly care about your well being, and they make you feel comfortable. Their appointment system for clinic is very unorganized in my opinion. They tell you they'' call you the day before and they very rarely do, for me at least they don't. I do like that they call you the day before your therapist appointment to verify you're coming. The psychiatrist in MY OPINION is a little judgey, and likes to remind me that I " will be on medication for my whole life". She goes through the meeting very quickly, she seems always in a hurry. I understand she's on a time limit, but when it comes to medications that will alter my brain chemistry, I would like my psychiatrist to seem to care and take her time. Other than those points, I enjoy coming here, Rebecca is a very nice and caring therapist, I give her 5 stars.
