I highly recommend Dr. Houston and the Anxiety & Stress Clinic to anyone, your appointment starts on time, and they are very courteous and professional. My sessions are very beneficial for me she helped me to see situations from a different perspective. Dr. Houston has also helped me gain confidence, assertiveness, and appropriate boundaries that I lacked before due to trauma that I had experienced. She is so passionate about her work and is very knowledgeable, because of this when it comes to issues dealing with trauma, she addresses your needs and discussed a treatment option thoroughly without any pressure that is appropriate for you, it's a journey you discuss and take together. it's a treatment that is designed for you.
