EDITED TO ADD:

I had thought to return here to see another doctor, but in seeing the response to my concerns from A Ray of Hope, I've decided to seek help elsewhere.

The office is well-aware I'm deaf & undergoing cochlear implant surgery soon. Thereby needing some sort of accommodation, but never offered, never tried.

In trying to explain that to everyone there, I had little comfort. Except for the girls at the front desk.

Lupe is wonderful, she & her co-workers tried very hard to be helpful.

However, Leonard didn't even move his lips in the short time I was subjected to his awful company. How rude, how unprofessional, how cocky he was. This is now 3 days since I was at the Kenosha office, I have my second CI surgery on Tuesday & this office gave me NO HELP.

Good thing I'm not suicidal. Do not go here! You will regret it too!

I have been to this office twice, with both times resulting in leaving feeling WORSE than when I arrived.

The first time was miscommunication/
scheduling issue. Okay, no biggie.

Second time I met Leonard, the nurse practitioner. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a therapist.

Almost the worst experience with a medical professional. The therapist prior to Leonard was worse. Just took longer to find that out.

I highly recommend therapy for everyone, especially during such difficult times. But not with this guy.

I had misgivings a minute or two into talking with him, gave him my regrets, and asked to see another therapist.

He told me I was not being polite, that certain subjects were NOT open to discussion, that HE was laying down the ground rules. That I was negative about HIS profession. Wow!

All that in less than 5 minutes. Leonard is rude. No manners at all.

My blood pressure went so high, I had to take a rescue dose in the director of the clinics office.
I am having major surgery on 4/1 & therapy was in preparation for that.

NO GO.

Horrible experience!

Well let me start with the doctors are amazing the front desk/ billing not so much. I have tired to talk to them countless times about my billing that had been wrong for a bit now they try to make me pay for a specialist when I am only seeing the mental health side and Melissa was Absolutely rude. And when I called her out about how they are billing and if the insurance company was contacted about it that a bigger problem. She’s acts like I don’t know what I’m talking about when I use to work in health care insurance as well as medical field. On top of that this is really the icing on the cake for when I received someone else’s MEDICAL RECORD! and to try to contact the office about that was a nightmare. I truly hope I actually hear back from the office on this matter and either there staff or team not being trained properly!

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Ammara Raziuddin. From the very start, she was cold and dismissive, showing no concern for my previous medications or medical history. I repeatedly reminded her to request my medication list from my previous doctor since my first appointment, but she never did. It wasn’t until my fifth and final appointment that she finally admitted it wasn’t even in her notes.

Even worse, I was in a major car accident and needed the most support, but she showed absolutely no empathy. She made it clear that she is only in this for the money, not to actually help her patients. I have never encountered a doctor with such a cold and uncaring bedside manner. Thankfully, I have now found a provider who actually listens and cares about my well-being.

If you're looking for a psychiatrist who truly wants to help, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing and for taking my money and the insurance money.

Services are first rate. The policy of how long they will wait for a late patient is not. Arriving at 2:16 for a 2:00 appointment canceled the appointment. I was rescheduled for 5 weeks from now. I am not well and are being monitored by many doctors. They won't update my treatment plan until they receive the report from this office. There were 44 minutes left - reserved time that we could have put to good use. However, the protocol machine will keep rolling and in terms of this policy there will be no exceptions or flexibility if the clinician so chooses.

Avoid if at all possible. They never return calls or messages in a timely manner, they charge your account incorrectly and take their sweet time to address the issue. It takes over a week to hear back from doctors, if they even contact you back at all, and good luck getting prescriptions sent out by the doctor you actually see. I had to reach out for a week before getting a doctor I've never even seen before to send my prescriptions out because the provider I saw couldn't be bothered to do it (this has happened with 2 of the 3 providers I've seen here!)

Wonderful experience. Dr. Came in timely manner and listened very carefully about my symptoms. She did all the necessary tests . In spite of her busy schedule she gave me the appointment for the same week. Nurse was also very helpful. Thankyou so much.

Beware of Dr. Christina Marsh. I visited her for a medical appointment and felt like a test subject rather than a patient. She lacked patience, showed little concern for my health issues, and demonstrated no empathy or understanding. If you are a minority, I strongly advise against seeing her—she will not listen to you, nor will she take your concerns seriously.
