I appreciate Justin Bybee for helping me with my phone. Justin really stood out and made sure that I was happy with getting a new phone and transferring all of my information from my old phone to my new phone. I had USC for about 6 years when I was younger. Back then, it was awesome, I would literally get service up in the mountains where nobody else did. Now, not so much. I will be going down alcoa hwy and drop a call. The biggest thing though, make absolutely sure you ask about and understand their 120 day unlock policy and all the other terms and conditions before you sign up because that may or may not be disclosed to you. I got a new Z fold 6 with my bonus 2 months ago, but we switched to AT&T, and now it's literally a $2000 paperweight. I'd recommend AT&T instead now, they told us about their much more reasonable 60 day unlock policy before we signed anything. Plus their service is a lot better and our sales rep with them was a rock star.

Went into this store and stand there for two hours I will be discontinuing my service with this joke company these kids that work here are very disrespectful and flirt with peoples wife’s definitely watch out they had no intentions on helping me, but want to sit there and call my wife, gorgeous and beautiful but honestly makes me feel good. Thank you for that because you’ll never have a woman like that. Will be reporting this place to the better business bureau.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. 22 years with them and it's all about the money for them. Tell you it's your phone so you will buy another one and it's the service. New phone won't help. You walk in the store unless you are buying something they can't help you.

We had went to a US Cellular location closer to our house on Sunday. we told them we wanted to upgrade 2 phones. They put our name on a list and we waited for 2 hours just to find out they didn't even have the phone we wanted. Suggested I try calling the one on Kingston pike. Monday morning I called 3 different stores and none of them had the phone I wanted. Called the Alcoa location and talked to Vinny and he said they only had one but they could order the other one for me. Out of all 4 locations I dealt with this is the ONLY location that offered to order the phone we wanted. I went to this location and Omar helped me. He was very helpful and friendly. It didn't take long to get my upgraded phone working. He ordered the other one for me and it was delivered to our house the next day. It is just a shame that I had to drive 40 minutes to get good customer service. If you want good customer service I would suggest this location.

Hudson and Justin are the absolute best!! As a customer, my husband and I were cared for like family. I will never go anywhere else, not even a different us cellular location!!
