My experience having a knee replacement with a spinal and blocking the knee was the worse anesthesia I have ever had! The doctor was unprofessional in his appearance and demeanor. He did not communicate, entered the cubicle where I was with a tray on wheels and a container and began to fill the syringes in front of me. Then he wheeled a chair over to my left side and reached over to my right leg (which was having surgery) and proceeded to put a needle into my leg to block it without speaking, it was very uncomfortable, next shut the lights off and played the song Mission Impossible on his phone. Then he turned on the lights and came behind me to administer spinal which took a few tries. He left the cubicle, and I didn't see him again. After five minutes the nurse entered, and the spinal anesthesia hadn't taken effect; I could still move my legs and feel them. They waited a couple more minutes, entered cubicle again and still had full movement. I heard the nurse say to someone, "It didn't take, then wheeled me into OR and nurse stated, "We have to put her out." After surgery when I woke my leg was in a lot of pain as the block to the knee hadn't worked either. After drinking some fluids, the nurse had me use walker to use bathroom, (that was approximately four hours after spinal failure) and the disposable brief that they had me put on had several long bright red blood streaks in the back.
I have had three spinals in the past with different anesthesia group that went fine and was administered with the utmost care. I will never have even a minor surgical procedure with this company.
I would give a negative zero rating but to post it is required to at least click one star.

Sent my account to collection Company without ever getting in touch with me after an Authorized procedure through my insurance company.The operating Doctor had all the correct information but they did not.Ambulatory Procedure was performed at my Advantage Care office.For some reason they never had my proper information and I did not find out they were not Paid until I received a Collection notice.Be aware of this companies poor record keeping,Very simply could have obtained my proper info from Doctor or Advantage Care ,instead of proceeding with Due diligence, they carelessly reported the case to a Collection agency who of coarse simply found my Address. Finally when I found out ,the Covered cost was no longer covered, because of the amount of time that elapsed .I Had to jump through hoops to have this resolved without Cost.After saying they resolved it another Collection Agency had Case.Finally issue was resolved after hours on the phone and admitting they were negligent in processing claim. They would rather try to get their excessive fee from the patient and attempt to ruin your Credit ,instead of taking what is the agreed upon Fee from the insurance Company..I have impeccable Credit which they tried to Ruin. Be Warned they are the primary company that handles many Anesthesiologist Fee Collections Make sure you cross your T’s and dot your I’s If this Company is involved see other Reviews

If I could make a zero star rating I would. I had a procedure this past February and have been making monthly payments since I received the first bill, including 3 small payments in 1 month and practically every week I get an email about sending me to collections. I owe just over $100 currently and today get the email that its the final notice. I've explained to them over the phone more than once that I am paid bi-weekly and cannot set up an automatic payment plan which is why I have been making smaller payments more frequently. They just won't seem to hear it. If I could avoid ever using them again I will.

They sent me a bill 13 months after my surgery for $700. I called my insurance and the price they actually were supposed to bill me was $250. Scam artists, they belong in jail but of course they can do this type of fraud with no repercussions

I had surgery almost 2 months ago. They submitted a claim to my insurance company and were paid, leaving a balance due for coinsurance. I've been waiting on this invoice to pay it. I've been calling non-stop daily for 2 weeks and nobody picks up. I've left voicemails and nobody returns calls. Other reviews state being sent to collections for non-payment. I don't want to go through that hassle due to their incompetence!
If you have a choice, DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Please tell me what went wrong after waking up from anesthesia? I can't breathe since my surgery! Surgery Aug 7th and today is the 23rd. I'm still here struggling. Went to pulmonary doctor to help me.

They have a horrid billing department. I would give 0 stars if possible. No communication to me about my hospital bill, instead it was sent directly to a debt collector.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. This company refuses to fix a bill of mine (keep in mine that my date of service was 11/30/2022- exactly a year ago). They have my EOBs and have admitted that they are correct, yet I still have received an incorrect bill and I am simply being told to "wait" until the bill is corrected. That is what happened the first time, and then they kindly notified a collection agency. Do NOT use this company if you don't have to. I can't attest to whether what they are doing is illegal, but I can say that it is entirely unethical.
