I’ve just had an amazing experience at Meme! I had an eyelash lift and tint and a brow wax and tint done by Sam. She was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel very welcome and at ease. I want to thank the girls for fitting me in at such short notice. I am ever so grateful. I will be going back for more treatments next week. Thanks everyone at Meme Maesteg.

Not your typical layout, but once indoors it's Small but pretty, Every time I've been the Staff have been very helpful and friendly, I've been there more than twice and the first couple of times it was for a spray tan!, Don't get me wrong the results seemed to look nice at first, but the result was streaky ? Although I phoned the next day to complain + the lady didn't Hesitate to arrange for me to come back to have the Tan evened out,.? Unfortunately I wasn't happy with the results? Although that was the first time that I'd left unhappy with the Results. They offer other beauty services IE Nails etc, So I often return to have my Lashes done and am Continuing to visit for that reason alone.?️ So Overall it is not the best place to visit for a Spray tan ( In my Opinion) but it's Good for Lashes + Nails.?

Booked a double massage for my friend and I, but was a little surprised to find that on arriving we were told they could no longer accommodate the 1 hr 30 package double massage (and had been apparently trying to contact me to tell me this the day before) therefore we ended up with a 30 min package. I have to admit, we were disappointed about this clerical error but still enjoyed the 30 mins we did have.

The staff are friendly, atmosphere is ambient and relaxing - I always enjoy my visits. However, if the online booking system allows for a couples/double booking online then this should go ahead as booked - otherwise it should be removed from the online facility and maybe customers should be encouraged to call in to book, saving any complication.

Honestly though, it is a great place and the standard of therapies is always high - so I would still recommend!
