Hoy fue nuestra primera consulta y Nos tocó María Villalobos, gracias a Dios no llegamos a tener la consulta con ella porque tristemente nos canceló la consulta por estar atrasadas unos minutos, pero que mujer TAN ODIOSA Y DESAGRADABLE! Mi hija que lo que tiene son 13 años que se supone necesitaba terapia por su edad y ciertas cosas que le están pasando, ella misma me dijo “ MAMI QUE MUJER TAN AMARGADA Y POCO AMABLE, ES ELLA QUIEN NECESITA TERAPIA!” De verdad que tienen que revisar a este tipo de personas que lo que hacen es dar una mala imagen del lugar, lamentablemente Para las personas con mal carácter y poco empaticas este no es el trabajo correcto, hasta su expresión facial era de disgusto y desagrado nos sentimos bien mal de recibir tan mal trato! Ya pedimos otro terapeuta a ver si tenemos mejor suerte sino probaremos en otro lugar!

Not sure if the employees here need to be tested for lead or if their incompetence and ignorance is just who they are. I had a scheduled Telehealth appointment at 10am. Apparently there’s a new system they’re using which I was not informed of. I was prompted to download the app and enter my patient information, which having been a patient of record it should’ve already been on file. Upon entering there was a link I was needing to click to get to the virtual room and I was unsuccessful. I called the office twice and was placed on hold twice and forgotten about. I left work and drove to the office thinking I’d be able to get a resolution then but the lady at the front desk, who I did not get her name and I’m glad I did not. Just knowing a person like her exists is troubling and she should not be taking care of patients at the front line. She is a very distasteful person and I hope to never experience her ever again. I explained to her my situation and she was very rude. At this point I’ll be looking for a new provider. I don’t want my health in the hands of this place, I rather die.

Lily is a wonderful therapist and person. She listens and is so compassionate, caring, encouraging and professional. She has equipped me with resources, spiritually, emotionally and mentally, that has helped help me overcome trauma and grief that I thought I would never overcome..Her office is cozy and is a safe place. Lily is truly a blessing to me and I HIGHLY recommend her! You will be blessed!

I love having the convenience of scheduling and attending appointments virtually with the provider that manages my meds and the therapist I am working with as well. They send reminders and make it easy to complete a visit from home. Providers are wonderful!!

LifeStance was luckily able to get me in as a new patient sooner than other providers in the area that had a two month minimum wait. Dr. Allison was incredibly supportive and helpful at my appointment. It felt like he really listened to my history and could appreciate how my anxiety and depression were affecting my overall health. I am so grateful for his warm, caring demeanor and the time he took to determine the best medication and counseling protocol to help me get my insomnia and anxiety under control ASAP. I finally feel mentally healthy again. Everyone in the office was also compassionate and friendly as well!

My therapist is, Brooke Tenille Hunter. I came to her an absolute mess, she embraced me as I am and told me it was a privilege to hear my pain. She’s made me feel valued, understood, and accepted exactly for I am. I am so grateful to have met her and I know she will absolutely change my life. I am a lucky human being to have met her. Incredible therapist!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to get I. With them since November 24 ‘ and my therapist sent several referrals. When they finally called in Jan I made an appointment for 1-29 and set everything up with the lady and said they needed nothing else from me then the red days before I’m getting all these calls and when I got to set up the patient portal and do everything in the voicemail nothing was there so I figured just log I. On time and make sure I was there and waited for like 20 min and when I went back online they said my appointment was canceled so when I called they said I didn’t fill out the paper work . I told her there was no paperwork when I went online. But they won’t be able to see me till April . That’s crazy cause the girl who set the appointment and told me I was good should have did all of that that da. she said all the information was sent over and that she didn’t need anything from. Yall need to have better communication. These are peoples lives you are dealing with. Very unprofessional. I would recommend nobody goes there and looking at most of these reviews I see why they have a low rating this is crazy. Now I have to go find another business to get my testing done .
