Office staff cannot help with issues, this office also cannot perform common lab draws. If quality care is of concern, seek care elsewhere.

Kelly is absolutely the most amazing person she has treated me and all my three daughters like family she’s always smiling I’m very thankful to have her as our nurse practitioner. I’ve been seeing her for several year’s now she treats everyone with respect my oldest daughter has diabetes type1 an her last dr wasn’t helping her at all so we changed her to Kelly she has been doing great gained weight her sugar is under control our hole family loves going to see Kelly I have to say she is wonderful person and the BEST NURSE PRACTITIONER I’VE EVER HAD!!!! To be honest everyone there is always friendly i would definitely recommend them to anyone❤️💯

Kelly used to be my doctor and at first she was an awesome, caring doctor and she would spend as much time as it took in the rooms with you listening to you. Im sorry to say, this has all changed. I changed doctors away from her but some of my family still goes and she dont listen to patients anymore. My family that still goes there has several issues that they have asked her about several times and she just dont say anything about it at all. These are issues that their family doc should be addressing. She also has a nurse that is AWFUL! This nurse is RUDE and hateful! They should get rid of that nurse! Too bad Kelly has gotten this way like most doctors do. I hope she learns that this is a mistake and goes back to really listening to patients and addresses ALL of their issues not just a few and runs out of the room! Expect a 3-5 min actual time with her after you wait FOREVER just to get back to see her!

Horrible place. The nurse practitioner Kelly is a liar and will slander your name. My mom was in serious accident and was receiving medicine from Kelly. When my mom was released from the hospital they wrote her a script of pain medicine. Not knowing my mom went to fill all of her scripts. Kelly went and told people that my mom is a drug addict. Just because if her filling the scripts she was given. Also she gives scripts of narcotics for 3 months at a time. Which is ILLEGAL.

I normally like this place but it's ALWAYS an issue to get someone to fill out paperwork. My husband is on medical leave from work due to an issue with his knee. We requested to come in there and they told us to go to the ER instead. Refused to see us and sent us to the ER for a non-emergency issue, which also cost us 4x more in co-pays. Now they don't want to fill out the paperwork for his job, even though they said they would at his last visit, and now he's in danger of losing his job. They said it's the orthopedic office who should do it, even though the orthopedic office said they don't do that, and we told them that during the last visit. We called the ortho office and they don't even know what paperwork they filled out or who they sent it to. Reid Hospital being a monopoly in this area is the absolute worst. I wish another hospital would come in and give them a reason to be better. It's ALWAYS a fight. If my husband loses his job, they may as well cancel all of our future appointments, as we won't have insurance anyway. Tired of this constant problem, as it's so stressful that everyone is trying to put the paperwork responsibility on someone else. Most people in the office are friendly but we may not have a choice but to stop going if this isn't resolved. Tired of the phone tag and the shirking of "who should do what" responsibilities.

Nurse practitioner Kelly told me a scar on my upper back, near my shoulder was from a suicide attempt. This was wrong and a lie. I pointed out that it was no where near the femeral artery. She told me that since I know what and where the artery is verifies her false assurtion that it was a scar from an attempted suicide.
