I go to this store at least twice a month to take advantage of their sales. I always end up buying something. The best sale I’ve seen is on their T-shirts which are buy one get TWO FREE. Jeans are sometimes buy one get one free. Just can’t beat it! and their clothes are very trendy too and so cool abs their fragrances OMG so nice!! I get many compliments on my outfits I buy! I will be back again very soon.

I hate this store. I'm an xxl person and going into these stores do horrible things to my confidence. They have such gorgeous clothes, would it hurt to make some in plus sizes so everyone can enjoy them and not just model skinny people?

I had to drive to Erie PA because the store in Mentor OH couldn't exchange an item. I called the store in Erie from Mentor before I drove that far. The cashier at the store promptly called the manager, who took care of me. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I will be going back to the store in Erie from now on. The personnel in Erie helped me and I will remain a customer. Thanks!

Stopped to get an outfit after my daughter got ill and needed to change. The cashier tried to charge me three times over the posted price! When I called her on it, she went out - holding the clothes to proove me wrong, then she called a manager because she still didn't want to honor it. Unbelievable! What is wrong with people? I can't recommend it and my daughter wears all Aeropostale, but that will be changing now. Coach is better quality and the ones who work there are happy to help.
