Very disappointed drove all the way from Rochester to show up at this location for the staff to close the store down early because they weren’t busy and another staff member had an appointment. When asked if the owners knew they were closing early they said yes, they gave us the greenlight.

What an awesome first time experience! I needed a whole new wardrobe of professional/dressy clothes. Sabrina was amazing at helping me mix and match to make multiple outfits out of less clothes. She was Cheerful, honest and just the right amount of help and attention. The whole staff was nice and contributed to a positive shopping trip. Thanks I’ll be back.

This hidden gem is fantastic, a cute welcoming vibe of the store when you walk in is met by colorful, cheerful, and helpful staff. In this second hand shop you pay a few dollars more than you would at Salvation Army, but its worth it because all of the clothes, jewelry, bags, and shoes are of much better quality. This was a delightful experience!!? Would most definitely come again!

I will never go here again! First they were not clear on how long I would have to wait, and I drove an hour to get to their store. When I called (after about an hour and a half after dropping them off) at around 3:15, one associate said 4 pm and another said 6 pm. I did not want, nor could I wait another 3 hours as I had a dog to get home to, and as already stated, lived an hour away. I bought a huge box of clothes, casual and professional, and shoes. All items, except for a pair of clogs, were in great condition, some even brand new and never even worn with tags still on them, and a lot of clothes from Macy's, Kohls, Lularoe, and other big name clothes manufacturer. I could not call the number that I received a text from at almost 4 pm as I was already headed home and didn't see it until I arrived home. The next day I received a voice mail from the owner saying I must come and get my clothes and all they offered me was $9 and change. They said the clothing had wear, ( yeah, some) pilling, and seemed starched, which was ridiculous and simply not true! I told them to keep their 9 bucks and they said they would donate the clothes to a church, (which she would not tell me the name) so I could at least get a charitable deduction. Never again! I should have just donated the clothes to a charity. Wasn't worth the 2 hour round trip, gas and time, nor was it worth it to go back and get the clothes the next day which my son was willing to do.

I had an item I was ready to purchase along with an MK bag. Lady told me the item I was holding was already purchased on their Shopify account despite having it on the floor rack. We were in the store looking for 20minutes or so and it was there the whole time. If you are going to be selling items online as well as in store pull them prior to listing them so disappointment doesn't happen again.

I went to sell something and the woman at the register basically tricked me into accepting store credit instead of cash without actually explaining anything after I had been forced to stay at the store for 30 minutes. And when she was done looking through all of my stuff I had to keep waiting as she was going back and forth tending to me and other people. Plus she was rather rude to her younger employees.
