Today, I had the worst customer service experience ever. I went in this morning to return a purse I got just a couple of days ago because the handle broke when I tried using it. This is a purse I just bought with the receipt and tag still intact. I didn't even get to use this purse for One day; just as I was trying to explain the situation to the associate at the register, the same associate who helped me with my purchase cut in and, without any shred of empathy, told me that they couldn't take the purse because it was a final sale, even though she had not told me before. I feel bad about purchasing an item I couldn't enjoy using. But the associate was mean and didn't even bother about my plight. I thanked her for such a horrible service, and she told me to throw the purse in the trash. I have been a store manager for clothing brands for the past 15 years and have never seen such a vile person in a store before. I'm not returning to that store. And I left the purse for them. Because I couldn't bring myself to throw it in the trash like she said. Sad

Well as a transgender woman the closes are nice and not over prices. But as I was leaving I said bye. And the young black lady just gave me a look of like ewww and didn't even say bye have a good day. Found that quite rude.

I found the jeans I was looking for. Perfect side, great price one pair still had the original tags on them. I love shopping there.

Went in to the store this evening with my son and mom. We were browsing through clothes when suddenly my son had an intense urge to use the rest room. I asked one of the employees if they had a restroom for customers since two of them were labeled “employees only.’ She replied no, which was fine. I rushed to complete my purchase while a young African American female employee kept poking her eyes out at me and then back to the young girl at the register.. as if I was trying to steal something. I literally laid out all the clothes in front of her there was no reason for her to behave that way. On top of worrying about my son, I had this employee making me feel super uncomfortable. I will not be shopping here again. Do better.

Its a good spot to go to but why did the one in Virginia Beach have to close. Now i gotta drive thru that Hampton tunnel traffic and its doodoo kaka.

*updated my review since the store manager reached out to explain. When I did go to the store again it was open, very well organized, and had a lot of great items to pick from.

Not open during posted hours. 6pm on a Wednesday and their doors are locked even though the sign says open.
Only giving some stars for when I’ve gone in the past and seen the store organized well.

I took a huge clothes basket there after getting reccomended to sell at this establishment. I was told that the clothes couldnt be sold due to the condition they were in, but at max the clothes had been worn once or twice. Some clothes were even brand new, (had been gifted to me) and were denied because of the condition. There was wear on the belts I had brought, so I could understand that, but the others? Plus the buy counter is only open on certain days, and its stated on the website every day. This place was a huge waste of time. They seem to be in habit of rarely taking clothes. I would NEVER reccomend selling OR buying from this place EVER!!!

Love this store you can tell they take care in their appearance and the items they sell. If you are looking for a name brand purse at a good price this is the shop. I saw where customers were bringing in items for the store and the lady went through the items and only picked out quality items to offer their customers. I will have to try out bringing in my used items to see how that actually works. They have shoes, clothes, purses and accessories. I will keep going back for more!!
