No me gustó la atención, cuando me fui a probar la ropa, la cajera inmediatamente me quitó la cesta para colocar las cosas, me saco lo que estaba dentro y lo puso en otro lado, como con desconfianza, le dije que iba a comprar esos zapatos igualmente se los llevo. I came into the store today with a bin of clean and nicely folded clothing of the season to sell to the store. Upon my arrival, no one would even assist with opening the door with my heavy bin. Then the girls proceeded to tell me that they cannot look through my bin because my items are not in small bags that can fit inside their small bins that they provide to sellers. Understandably, you would hope that a Store would want to accommodate a client such as myself who walked into the store with a designer bag on their hand. It was very obvious that the clothes I was bringing in were fresh and neatly folded in the clear bin that I brought. They did not want to look at the clothes. They did not want to have anything to do with me. All they did was turn me away and tell me that my clothes are probably not even of the season, which is absolutely faults and how on earth would you know if you did not even look inside the bin. First store who bases their profits on the items that come into their store they made a big mistake turning a customer away like me not only what I have continued to bring in clothes, but I’m an avid shopper and I will never shop there again and I certainly will never bring clothes over there , no one or this store has a three rating. The girls were rude and uneducated in the field of what they are in the store to do.

Believe every bad review you read from this place. This is now my 3rd time coming to this consignment shop to sell my clothes and the 3rd time I've been denied. First time, I brought my clothes in plastic bags so I understand why I was denied since they prefer a tote or a laundry basket. Second time I came in the morning and was told no more items were being accepted for the day. This is now my THIRD time coming to this place and was denied AGAIN because they're not accepting any more items. You need to add clearer instructions on your website. Define what makes you unable to accept anymore items for the day, add that there is a strict no plastic bag policy. Do better so people stop wasting their time.
