I know I can always find something to fit me at Torrid. Prices are a bit spendy, but the clearance section is always worth browsing. Also, for my flat/wide feet gurlies the sandals are the only ones I've ever found that do not hurt my feet. They're trendy and while they do not look as padded in the sole they somehow feel padded well enough to walk in for hours.

Definitely one of my favorite stores! Used my torrid cash and that had such a huge impact on my total! It took it down A LOT. Thank you to all the sweet ladies that work at the Tyler store, super friendly and helpful

LOVE the clothes! Sadly, our Tyler store has the most pitiful customer service ever which is why I order online rather than go there. I tried to return some items from an online order during my lunch break today. There were two sales people behind the counter, one of whom was training a new employee. They were processing another return prior to my arrival. After I stood there for several minutes, I was told "we cannot stop what we are doing to process your return." I explained that I was on a break with limited time but that did not matter. There was another register that could have been used to assist other customers. This will be my last Torrid order online or otherwise.

If you want to be treated nicely just stay home and order online so you avoid this store. No one talked to me in the store. When I went to check out as soon as I said I didn't want a credit card the lady started speaking super rudely to me and then when a coupon I had didn't work I decided not to get something from my bag the lady checking me out rudely told me "you are aware those are discounted aren't you?" Yes ma'am I am aware but I decided not to get them.

Never buying from them again. Ordered a pair of shoes for my birthday that were "lost in the mail" and when they refunded me customer service charged me for shipping even though I never received the package. Then told me she would give me a $20 reward which I never got. All in all, horrible experience, nor ordering from here again.
